Since 2000, more than 200 contract research organizations (CROs) providing services to global pharmaceutical and biotech companies have been founded in China, most of which are founded by scientists and businessmen trained in US, Europe, and Japan. It is not a surprise because you can easily meet Chinese students and scholars in almost all laboratires in the US and Europe universities and institutes. In the past three decades, tens of thousands of Chinese students and scholars have been trained in US, Europe and Japan. Most of them are biologiests and Chemists. Because Chinese are smart and hard-working, in almost each issue of top scientific journals such as Nature, Science, and Cell, there are Chinese co-authors. Since 1990s, more and more Chinese scientists have been back to China to work in Academy and later industry for short or long terms. |

It may take you days or weeks to visit all scenic spots in Suzhou full of Chinese traditional cultures. You should choose some of them if your time, energy, or money is limited. Covering 51,950 sq.m, the Humble Administrator's Garden is the largest of all classical gardens in Suzhou . It is centered upon the broad expanse of a lake, making up about one fifth of the total area. With well spaced buildings, the garden landscape and water scape are simple, extensive and natural, possessing the traditional appearances of the Ming Dynasty. It is divided into three parts; the eastern, middle and the western parts. The house lies in the south of the garden. |

The Badaling Great Wall is the eximious representation of the Great Wall. Badaling means "giving access to every direction", the name itself suggests its strategic importance. The Badaling Great Wall lies in Yanqing County, northwest of Beijing. The Badaling Great Wall is the best preserved part of the Ming Great Wall. Here, the wall averages 7.8 meters high, 6.5 meters wide of the base, and 5.8 meters at the top. The wall was designed to allow five horsemen or ten soldiers to march side by side along the wall. The flights of stairs up to the outer wall are fairly widely spaced. For every few hundred meters, you can see a watchtower. Also, the wall of this section was built of giant rocks and bricks of similar size. It was faced with stone, and the inside was filled with earth and rubber, therefore, the Badaling Great Wall was also regarded the strongest section of the Ming Great Wall. |

Because houses and apartment blocks are built half way up mountains from an undulating pattern, Chongqing is called "the Mountain City". Standing at the confluence of the Jialing and Yangtze rivers, it is also called "the River Town". Chongqing is a city full of cultural relics, historical sites and scenic spots. The night view of Chongqing is very famous. Soon after the dusk, myriad twinkling lights will soon greet the eyes. Consisted of the light of street lamps, the dazzling stream of light looks just like bright pearls. The panorama has fully demonstrated the majestic feature of a mountain city. Standing on the Kanjiang Pavilion located on the top of Eling Park, one is sure to enjoy more than the eye could take in. |
